Can we open an account for our kid in KDI since they don't have multiple portfolio concept?

For kid better to put in SSPN account (using their own name) as you can claim yearly income tax for amount in it. In future will need SSPN if want to apply for study loan PTPTN. SSPN interest fluctuates yearly. Last few years was around 3-4%.

If got extra after putting in SSPN, then can then consider KDI or other investments (but need to use parents name).

If you have deposit after cut off...by right should appear in your account around later 4.30pm

what's your exact deposit date/time?

Received email saying successful @ 10/6/22 (Friday) 4:30pm
Received funds into bank (CIMB) account @ 10/6/22 (Friday) around 8-9pm.

KDI invest withdrawal will take much longer time. Extra few days.

expected within 24hours ...coz tng+ is immediate

For working day
Before cut-off at 11am, will be on the same date at 4.30pm
After cut-off at 11am, will be the next working day at 4.30pm

For non-working day, it will be the next working day at 4.30pm

So, it is not 24 hours like what u expect. Without knowing the exact date, day and time u deposited, we can't advise u whether it is normal or otherwise
