heat= lot of resistance, very low efficiency

i dont think it's a good idea for gpu/cpu running hot but good for extreme oc without turning the cpu/gpu into glass

when a pcu/gpu has high heat tolerance, for sure someone will do something funny to push it to the limit.

and yes, both are completely different aspect.
