I do not have any ideas what should next after marriage registration. Should I go to take pre-wedding photo first or decide on dinner arrangement? For dinner arrangement, it's not easy to make booking especially on auspicious date, do you agree?

You should discuss with your partner first

Ideally, get the auspecious dates first and survey for venues to book, then bridal gown, actual day wedding photographer and make up artists

Pre wedding photos would depend on which photographer/bridal house packages you take, some can be quite busy for example, we signed up for a package in December 2021, Will only be discussing with them next month March 2022 for directions and gowns.. And photo taking in April 2022..

covid-19 is a good excuse to avoid having those grand big wedding reception and dinner. It's an unnecessary expense.

unless you still want to do it.

wedding photoshoot still ok can be done anytime you want it.
