I remember I did a payment to 1 gov agency but its not DBKL and I got the cash back.. maybe the MCC was different and wasnt capture under PBB. Now that you mention, I just remembered that gov agencies are not included if their merchant code falls under 9211, 9222, 9223, 9399, 9311, 9402 & 9405 cempedaklife liked this post
