Paladin TV Box not functioning, unable to download apps, seems locked

Hi all, i need your help,
my tv box- PALADIN 6K was unable to download any apps after i reset it due to lagging to load movies and dramas. After resetting, I am not able to download any paladin store apps (last time everything was ok). Now i am only able to access youtube.
Is anyone facing the same problem? please advice...Many thanks.
