Try checking if dell refurbished outlet has 4-4.5k workstation laptop. If you study EE, not sure Abt bachelor, but Msc especially, signal processing requires ML. Then consumer discrete GPU is way better. Don't ever get workstation GPU! Its low CUDA cores, especially low memory (2-4GB) means ML training will be shit. 4.5k can get gaming laptop RTX 3060
