Hi all. Owner here. I have received yet again another letter saying they want to defer the deliver of vacant possession yet again till March. Can we do anything about this? Super annoying they keep delay until next month and 3 more months.

I just recieved update from SP Setia apparently the property has yet to get approval for CCC so likely we have to wait another month.. owner please contact me it looks like we have to do something for legal actions.
