Hi,

My bosch aquatak 110 does cannot operate like normal. Sounds like motorcycle when first time want to start, then quiet then that sound again. Usually if the pump is collecting water, it will collect (make a sound), until water level is full. Then only it will stop making a sound. Pass few years, when I stop using, but still on. It intermittently wants to start by itself.

I tried a a shorter hose and shorter pipe extension, still intermittent motorcycle starting sound. Ideas what is wrong? Can this be fixed?

Motor sound.

Any oil leak at the bottom of the machine? Another way oil can leak is through the water that was sprayed out.

Most likely the gearbox is empty of oil. Open up and check. Not difficult, need screw driver to open the cover, and Allen key to open the gearbox.

Anybody considering wanting to buy Aquatak 110, I advise don't. Noisy and expensive. And 110 is not powerful enough to speed up your cleaning work especially on tough stains.

So, I cannot fix this myself?

If you're a DIY person, then can. Fortunately Aquatak 110 internal parts can be easily found on Lazada or shopee. Maybe it's an indication that the machine frequently breaks down 😅

YouTube has many videos about how to open and fix Aquatak 110

What would you recommend?

I'm still searching for my next pressure washer.. meanwhile, I'll continue trashing my Aquatak 110.

My criteria
1. Must be induction motor
2. Able to use more than 1 hour nonstop
3. Must cost more than RM 500
4. Internal spare parts must be found online
5. Not too noisy
6. 120 bar or more
7. No known & common issues reported by people online
