Help select autogate material

Hello guys, I got quote for 3 type of autogate material as below
1) Aluminum + trackless fold - rm13000 2) Stainless steel + aluminum - rm10500(folding but have track) 3) Mild steel + aluminum - rm9000 (folding but have track) I ask for 18ft quotation, want to know which material is more durable with least maintenance? also also trackless or track better? someone say track one more secure? |

Got track one I see got rusty issues later on??
