Feel like adding fishballs, siewpakchoy, enoki mushrooms.

Wonder whether adding egg.

Tell me your versions

Only egg and cili padi.

Any other extra additions are blasphemy.

Add a little bit of coconut milk

i must add few cili padi.

Find some other brand.

Maggi noodles and their seasoning are well below average.

Add kale, fishcake, taupok....

egg is a must. stir it into the soup.

boil water - add meatballs - add serbuk - add minced meat (if avail) - add noodle - add egg - served

Go shopee find miso

U cook maggi use half packet serbuk

Add a teaspoon miso dilute with hot water inside bowl

Add the noodle

Add sliced cheese on top

Add the soup will cover the cheese

Perfection

To me Samyang orange packet is the best

Boil the noodle and then put into normal temp or cold water...damn springy

Then the soup you add egg, seaweed strips, some bawang leaf and pepper.

Turn off stove, add the noodle back in and serve


Pergh cold weather nikmat tuhan this dish!

Surprised nobody said Milo
But maybe someone can try adding fizzy drinks like coke inside, see maybe taste good ? Who knows ....

Sayur, telur, bawang, sambal belacan, santan

I like mine dry version.

1) onions & garlic finely chop

2) pan fry till fragrance then add in egg and noodles after blasting it in hotwater.

3) add chilli sauce and chilli paddy and whatever .and finish with the serbuk.

Served.. sedap

Please go Jusco buy fucuk goreng, put them in air fryer / oven, then eat with maggie curry.

Pour water into pot. Boil.

Put perencah in first. Then black pepper. Continue boiling.

5 mins later, put noodles in. Wait 2 mins, put in egg. 30 seconds, spring onions and fried shallots. Done.

Fark. Now I feel like having this tomorrow. Mama meeeeeee......

put perencah in the balance water. dont too much water
cook noodle.. hampir hampir el dente... add in egg and any vege u like. stir fast.. serve

Same. I didn't like Maggi curry flavour it's damn smelly.

not much water,.. 3 quarter cup can liao,...don't boil it 2 minutes,.. boil it 1.5 minute can liao,..

i dont cook my maggi. I usually have it as a snack. Break it into small pieces, poiur the seasoning, shake shake well then eat it. Good to go with some beer.

I only add 2 eggs, sometimes bak choy

With those ingredients don't add eggs, add smooth peanut butter instead.
about 2-3 spoonful until you get a thick curry soup instead, I usually settle with just two and you get creamy kari noodle..

the shiok is like eating those soft boiled eggs and then you get to the creamy yolk. very nice eating when weather is cold.

First of all don't use maggi brand

Then cook the soup, add in pork balls, sausages, onions, and meatballs

Then once boiled, only add in the seasonings

Then simmer for 1 mins

10 scoops of Milo powder.

1. Put oil, add garlic and deep fried
2. Pour in water cook till boiled.
3. Put in Petai and minced meat. Stir until the meat is cooked.
4. add in noodle, then add in sesame oil.
5. Add seasoning, stir
6. Add Egg, stir
7. Cook for 2-3 minutes
8. Makan

Cook meggi
Put egg
Put some black pepper

I like the chef brand which includes pack of santan powder.

To make the soup more kick
I add a bit of sugar, and lime/lemon juice.

add sesame oil and some vege or fucuk
