Feel like adding fishballs, siewpakchoy, enoki mushrooms.

Wonder whether adding egg.

Tell me your versions

Only egg and cili padi.

Any other extra additions are blasphemy.

Add a little bit of coconut milk

i must add few cili padi.

Find some other brand.

Maggi noodles and their seasoning are well below average.

Add kale, fishcake, taupok....

egg is a must. stir it into the soup.

boil water - add meatballs - add serbuk - add minced meat (if avail) - add noodle - add egg - served

U cook maggi use half packet serbuk

Add a teaspoon miso dilute with hot water inside bowl

Add the noodle

Add sliced cheese on top

Add the soup will cover the cheese

Perfection

To me Samyang orange packet is the best

Boil the noodle and then put into normal temp or cold water...damn springy

Then the soup you add egg, seaweed strips, some bawang leaf and pepper.

Turn off stove, add the noodle back in and serve


Pergh cold weather nikmat tuhan this dish!

But maybe someone can try adding fizzy drinks like coke inside, see maybe taste good ? Who knows ....

I like mine dry version.

1) onions & garlic finely chop

2) pan fry till fragrance then add in egg and noodles after blasting it in hotwater.

3) add chilli sauce and chilli paddy and whatever .and finish with the serbuk.

Served.. sedap
