Still don't understand why global xiaomi do the downgrade for global models like oppo did for previous reno series. Maybe cost concerns or supply issues?

At least Realme is bringing in 9 Pro+ with the same chipset for here.

Ps: xiaomi king of rebadging. That china 11 pro/pro+ is also sold in india as Xiaomi 11i/11i hypercharge. Maybe poco can rebrand once again for here (X4 Pro).

Poco is confirmed rebadging two of these global 11 series at lower price point as usual

11S > Poco M4 Pro 4G
11 Pro 5G > Poco X4 5G

China 11 Pro > Poco X4 Pro (hopefully?) not happening 😬

The redmi note line now focus on selling at offline stores (although still can buy online) just like oppo/vivo, so now looks like not very appealing pricing even kena undercutted by poco f3 during flash sales

Sounds like Possible, thanks to saturated TSMC foundry plus new chipset by MTK incoming.

But is not very good excuse to downgrade, meanwhile Realme is bringing in 9 Pro+ with D920, IMX766 OIS next month. (Idk but maybe will be a bit more expensive than redmi / poco)

In case of want to find cheap case:

For redmi note 11 pro 5g only, can find case of redmi note 11E pro (china model). Sorry poco x4 pro because that redesign needs different case

So first need break down into 3 different regions managed by 3 different teams

China mainland (lead by lu weibing)
India region
Global regions (including Europe EEA)

Each regions having different product mix so each models/sub models can belong to one region. But also can belong to 2 regions or more (eg RN 11 Pro+ is same in china and global, but different model in india)

Let's don't ever talk about Poco (for indian and global only)
This brand brings complication to whole lineup with endless rebadging. When was last time Poco released original model? Lol

There are two note 11 versions in china
4g version is called redmi 10/10 prime elsewhere

5g version is rebadged many times as
Poco M4 Pro 5G
Redmi note 11T (india)
And now Redmi note 11S 5G with one more macro lens

If xiaomi to explicit tell the region the naming could be even messier

Maybe UFS2 makes a difference on overall performance over emmc on 10c i guess

Never mind. 10c 60hz vs note11 90hz is that quite significant ux improvement

The price is just "manufacturer suggested retail price" (MSRP) set by xiaomi and enforced only on official xiaomi store.

Other retailers can price lower as long as they want to
