'HemoRid' capsules, taken orally,  available in local pharmacies. Some may have other brands. This one is manufactured in a factory in port klang. Inexpensive, rm12 for a strip of 10 capsules.

Take one a day for 2/3 days, then spaced out to 2 a week for 2 weeks.

Then take 1 capsule once a month or two months. Then discontinue if you don't need it anymore.
