Hi, is this has any responsive issue during CP/AA after long time use so far? Will it be very slow during waze gmap navigation ?

Hi Guys, is buying this of type gadget (with wifi, 4g) from oversea require sirim permit? (Like we buying phone from oversea, the phone will hold in kastam where requier approval from sirim to clear it), any buyer facing this issue? do share your shopping experience, THank you.
