Usually constant feeding and the body will keep producing milk. I breastfed my daughter til she's about 4 years old and she's allergic to cows milk.

It's not simple comparing milk formula. What constitue good? Usually parents wlk not change the milk after the baby stabilised or use to it.

So long as the baby is eating an the stool is ok then it's good milk.

Before I always thot TS is someone who is mature and intelligent enough, but TS recent postings proves me wrong.

Maybe TS has aging problems eg senile?

I didn't take any special food or supplements. Just normal diet. I have problem producing breast milk during the first few weeks after giving birth. I tried fenugreek for about a week coz i wanted to pump out extra milk for storage but doesn't make any difference to me.

I persist in purely breastfeeding (I didn't give her any formula after the first 2 weeks). Breastfeeding all round the clock including midnight, slowly my body is able to produce the amount of milk my baby needs. Also I'm able to breastfed her til 4yo is because I WFH.

My wife so stress with work and affect milk production so no choice need for baby formula to topup.

Now during the day drink formula and night breastfeed.

but yes the difference really noticeable, my daughter not fell ill when fully breastfeed, now easily got flu.

Actually when comes to formula there’s no best or better.
If the baby given more expensive s26 but having hard poop it means not suitable for them.

The best formula is the one your kid doesn’t reject and having abnormal reaction.
