I'm aiming for 10TBs of HDD. But when I search in Lazada/Shoppee, most of the seller only have up to 8TBs of HDD. Rarely with 10TBs and above, and the price is insanely expensive as compared to Amazon. Why there is huge different of price in local as compared to Amazon.

And if I were to decide to purchase from Amazon, how the warranty will be. Any idea?

HDD warranty no matter the brand is not internationally covered. If you purchase from Amazon US, you'd have to claim it within US

You should be able to find 10TB HDD in Lazada (or Shopee I believe).

CGI is selling Seagate Ironwolf for RM1488
I happen to buy from CGI a 10TB Ironwolf Pro for about RM1200 last December after some good discount offered by CGI + Lazada bonus rebate + CC rebate.
This works out to be about USD300.
I think at this price point, it is better to get from local Lazada/Shopee.
Other than the warranty issue highlighted by sHawTY, you may also need to take into account the hefty shipping charges+import fees imposed by Amazon.
Not to mention that the HDD would be shipped all the way from US.
Such a long journey does not sounds good for a sensitive/fragile item like HDD.
