Hi guys, I have bought a Rumahwip property previously with full loan and will be getting the key in the next few months, but suddenly got into a tough situation and expecting for no/low income for the next few years (dont ask).

Since it is not possible to sell the house, any opinion on how to let go of the property or such? Appreciate for your opinion.

Write in to the authorities to seek for approval to sell. I think there is terms&conditions written in your spa already

Already got many lelong units from rumahwip project. Easiest method is to just default from paying the monthly loan installment. Bank will market your unit in the lelong market.

But your credit profile will be gone as well during the process.

Where is this unit? What is your monthly repayment amount ?

You will still be liable to repay the bank the balance if your loan is not recovered fully by lelong. Lelong expenses will also be charged to u.

Such statement means you are giving up life oredi and no future ahead until death.
