Can confirm this. Bank and Shopee SMS is slow for both my Celcom MEGA and ONEXOX line. Sometimes need to type *118# USSD to force trigger the message to come in. Doesn't work all the time tho.digi axiata 2G 3G also delay sms. 4G LTE no problemo
