Yeah.... I thought Kimi will lose out after qualifying behind Lewis. Didn't come across my mind that he will lift WDC title. Congrats!

I wish to see that Renault could gives Ferrari and McLaren a run for their money. Kimi is darn good. I bet Alonso is a bit upset that Kimi nicked his pole. Anyway, he should be happy to be 2nd.

Kimi overtook Lewis after the pitstop. He is in front of Lewis at the near end of the pitlane. However, the light went red. Both Kubica and Kimi stopped. Lewis was caught off guard or rather too focus to gain back his position? Bang! End of the race for Kimi and Lewis.

QUOTE(gunh @ Jun 24 2008, 09:47 PM)
if Kimi continue this way, he 'll be loosing drive in Ferrari and in Formula 1

He has talked about the possiblilty of retiring from F1 after his contract ends in 2009 if there is nothing left to motivate him. I am not suprised that even if he wins WDC this year, he might leave this sport.

Else they won't called Kimi as 'Iceman'. I think he has mentioned before that his main task is 'to drive the car and to win'.

Anything can happen in F1. As long as he is not out of the championship mathematically, I guess he wont throw in the towel.

It's sheer complacency in the team. They think that they are still the few forerunners in this sport. Huge mistake for them.

Brawn Mercedes cars are just too fast. I bet both Ferrari and McLaren would not make it to the podium unless there are chaos or it rains.

Just like Jeremy Clarkson put it, "We need bad boys in F1 to keep it exciting. Now, we have Kimi in F1...."

He clearly knew that the race is over with the torrential rain.

Yes, it's the tyres problem as it was wearing out at face pace due to the dry track. When Ferrai switched to full wet for Kimi, Brundel said it is a big mistake to do so
