e6850@ 3.8
2gb crucial ballistick 8500
no vga borrow from abit spec
no psu borrow form abit spec
no casing
zalman cnps9700 cpu cooler
muahahah it depends
if u want to post
tell whats ure voltages on mobo northbridge etc
ure strap on rams
ure ram mhz
ure multiplier..
so inconclusive.
willing to bet the e6850 is unstable
u want a 24/7 rig ure going to need more tweaking which at 3.8ghz is not for you at the moment
if googling didnt answer ure questions.. i doubt u will find the answer here.
better u gun at 3.6 24/7
u didnt even mention whats the fsb wall of the mobo and proc.. ( need to test with different procs and mobo)
also straps/ ram speeds also affects gpu overclock . ( never understood y on this also)
weird larr u ..
buy lousy elpida rams for the first rig
and micron D9 on the second rig.. heck if i was u would take out the dominator heatsink and swap with the ballistix.

( a job not for the faint hearted take note)
