All main telcos are running band 1, 3, 7 and 8. So far i am only connected to 2ca bands. Two bands max which are usually band 1 + 3 or band 3 + 7. I find that weird cause i think our telcos can do 4ca now right. I might be wrong though.

Im using digi prepaid and yoodo. (On pixel 6 pro and ip 13 pro)
Can anyone share their experience? (What telco, what plan)
Im using netmonster on Android and using code *3001#12345# on iphone.

Im trying to achieve at least 3ca or better yet 4ca, thanks in advance.

Im also on Yoodo. using Xperia 1 III (Import HK version).
Getting 1+3+7.
It might be due to your location. I'm in Putrajaya.

Digi 4CA on Galaxy S10+.

Well it depends on Telco side as the telcos may not necessarily enable 4CA on their sites, even when phones has the capability to support beyond 4CA. I have often seen 2CA and 3CA on areas when all 4 bands are available.

Seems like everyone is getting some impressive connection. I have been checking this since a month ago checking every corner of selangor and klang valley. Seems like i need to figure this out.
It seems like it doesnt matter if its prepaid or postpaid. I initially thought it was the case. 🤔

Now what IF CA were to be one day, disabled by the telcos.
Cause its essentially like allowing users to hog all the "lanes" of bandwidth. Then those without CA capability will be complaining their speed sucks because all the freq bandwidth is hogged.

My 2 cents.
I know you all love the need for speed.

My opinion on ca is more to load balancing. I know certain bands are more congested than others, so it would be nice to have at least one of the band clear when i needed it. For example. If my phone only connected to 2ca, at the same time they are both congested, i would be kinda frustrated wont i? Next thing i know, i will be turning on airplane mode on and off just so i can get another band and get my thing going or worse yet, work.

If i get 3, 4 or god bless 5ca, if up to 3 or 4 of them are congested, i know i will be happy to have that one last band to survive with.
The speed is definitely a bonus, but dare i say i dont care too much about that
