（山打根28日讯）丹绒巴拔区州议员兼沙巴民主行动党主席拿督潘明丰揭露，本地市民因有参与Quin Reward投资计划，无故在账户内被冻结扣住价值约3万5千至4万令吉的款项，用户在追讨不果后，愤而向警方报案欲讨回公道。

潘明丰表示，鉴于事态严重，警方有必要立即采取行动进行调查，如发现任何有触犯法律的情况下应对违规者采取行动，不容拖延。

潘明丰是在陪同其中两名当事人前往山打根警察局报案后作出上述发表，并提醒本地民众对这类的投资计划保持警惕。

他说，两名当事人控诉说，本身与其所有家庭成员透过Quin Reward投资计划开设的账户，里头总共3万5千至4万令吉款项是于2021年11月24日起被冻结扣住，一直无法登录各自的账户来使用该笔款项。

潘明丰指出，当事人们虽然曾多番向该公司申请将Quin Reward账户解锁，以便他们可以继续使用存放在各自电子钱包账户中的款项，但却一直不得要领。

潘明丰指出，当事人们也控诉说，相关公司实际上并没有任何适当理由继续将彼等的账户冻结扣住，并曾向该公司正式发函要求退还他们的款项，然而遗憾的是该公司到目前为止都尚未对他们做出回应，也没有将资金转回各自的电子钱包中。
