Help Needed To Overclock T9550 On GM965

Can anyone here help me overclock T9550 because I BSEL mod(downclock) it to run in GM965 chipset? Without overclocking it, it will only runs 2GHZ while the stock speed is 2.66GHZ. My best try is using throttlestop to Dual IDA it to 2.09GHZ. Laptop Name:Dell Inspiron 1420 OS:Windows 10 RAM:Kingston 2x2GB DDR2 PC2-6400s I would like to overclock it to it's stock speed(2.66GHZ) or even 3GHZ.I bought the CPU by accident (thinking it will downclock automatically) and will bought 800FSB CPUs if I know it isn't compatible so please don't advise me buying new CPU  Please note that I am asking for help in several other websites but i only post this in other website after that website's people didn't reply for one week(so don't accuse me for spam-like cross posting) Every help is very appreciated by me.Thanks! |

What speed you try to get? Maybe better upgrade proc , ram, gpu ? |

I am trying to get 2.66GHZ it's stock speed.I just upgrade the proc wrongly and the ram as well from 2GB to 4GB in total.
