My residence here in Penang is covered by TIME fibre network.

I can choose other ISPs such as Astro Broadband, Celcom, DiGi and Maxis Fibre as well besides TIME.
TIME will supply the ONT(fibre modem) and my ISP of choice will supply the connecting router(WiFi 6).

Even better is TNB Allo. Not only you can subscribe to their own ISP City Broadband, Allo wholesale network also offers Astro Broadband, Celcom, DiGi, Maxis and even uMobile fibre ISP at your place.

Sucks TM Wholesale network is the lousiest now. Other ISPs cannot support symmetrical speeds well, no uMobile fibre, ridiculous early termination charges and customers always get less than subscribed speed due to bad PPPoE implementation

Wish my area got TNB Allo..

Unifi should be your last option in any case .. They are worse ISP and difficult to deal with ..
