The idea with physiotherapy is to identify what challenges you are facing and help you navigate through.
Yes, you will get better with time. But really, no work gets done by doing nothing!

These terms have slight differences but have little value to us as an individual, it describes your imaging. People can have such diagnostics but still lead a normal healthy, pain-free life!
The terms does not change your treatment plan.
