Just got off the phone with Samsung Malaysia E-Store support, he shared the following points with me:

1] Pre-orders from Samsung Online Store - delivery will commence 25th Feb onwards
2] 24th Feb, Samsung Malaysia will allocate batches assigned to Telcos and it is up to them how they handle their own delivery schedule as Samsung Malaysia have no control over that.
3] Both $200 and $800 evouchers can only be used after receiving the phone since you need the IMEI to activate the evouchers.
4] Stocks for accessories for S22, Watches and Earbuds on their online store will be replenish to cater for the eVouchers utilization

Can't wait... YAY!

He mentioned they will start the process of delivering those who pre-order early by dates. Delivery will be via DHL so a rep from DHL will call when they are making the delivery.

"We aim to ship your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra earlier than the preorder shipment date, 4th March 2022. Kindly bear with us as we are doing the necessary arrangements for you.

I feel you bro. I also informed the Samsung eStore support team about the same sentiments. Nothing we can do about it now, except wait and hope it arrives before 5th March as they promised initially.

What frustrates me is the ability to redeem the $800 evoucher early too.

Just called SOS support and they shared my S22U will be dispatched to DHL today. They started dispatching on Sat but since it was half-day, mine fell to today sadly. ETA will depend on DHL after this which should be tomorrow or Wed.

Yeah in KL specifically. Anyways I guess everyone will get their phone before the stipulated delivery date so all is good lar. Just still bitter about the $800 voucher that's all since us SoS supporters are not given priority.
