6. After withdrawing Wira's NCD, you can contact your City insurance company to have the NCD transferred to City and you should get some refund. CAR 1 - Honda City - Current NCD 45% - Renewal is Dec'22

When I bought my new car, I contacted the insurance company of my old car to withdraw its NCD in advance. Only then could I enjoy the 55% on new car. Otherwise, I would need to buy new car insurance at 0% ncd, then get refund after transferring the ncd.
