Either printer ink will clog if not stored properly. After use printer close all all the covers to minimize temperature abd humidity problems that causes the inks to harden and clog up the print head.

Also power off the printer with the printer power button and not the mains power. Because the latter causes the print head not to park properly.

The solution is to clean the ink head but waste ink to flush out the clogs. If cannot clean then have to change printer.

All HP, Canon, Brother all have same problem.

do u really need color printing? if not, get laser printer.

HP experience too much problem, from failed motherboard to failed ink cartridges. Any family member ask me what printer to buy I immediately recommend Epson, Brother, or even Cannon.

HP is absolutely avoid like a plague.

The hp printer cannot scan without inserting the ink. You also cannot scan without inserting paper into the feeder. but it’s cheap with wireless, setup relatively simple.

I never bought Brother printer just knew someone who did. Pretty ok unit. I still think its way better than HP inkjets.

Epson, experience 3 models.

First ink tank was L120, but now KO due to misuse.

Second unit also Epson but L355, I think must have bought around 2017. Still works until now.

Latest one was Epson 3150 for parent. So far no issue using it. That model is in so much demand during lockdown shop cannot even keep up with stock. Everything leftover was the dreaded HP.
