Usually after I send them pics of the condo I'm trying to sell they all ignore me lol. Anyone know any good property agents out there willing to sell anything?

Some agents or people lack courtesy to acknowledge a message.

If you send to those working in your area or condo, they will keep your info. Should there be someone interested to view, they will contact you.

On the other hand, if your asking price is above current market, they may work on the cheaper units first.and keep yours under kiv.

If yours is a condo, I should say there plenty of units in their hands, whether is sale or rental.

You can also do your advert in free sites ... mudah, carousell, fb etc or you put up notices in condo, 7-11 onfo board or print a banner to place at the property.

Honestly I have no confidence in myself due to past experience(doing business selling other things) so I'll just let an expert that can give a better deal than me.
