This doesn't happen all the time (thankfully), but every once in a while it happens and it's annoying as hell ... any ideas? Should I go and warranty claim it? I scared when I go warranty claim I can't demonstrate the problem cos it only happens off and on ...

Hmm I got this last night when playing Stranglehold. After a reboot and replug of the VGA cable it seems to have solved. First time kena, so not sure if its a potential GPU issue.

Nono leenaz, the GoW delayed-texture thing is different ... this one, even in the Dashboard sometimes also will be like this ... as in ... the "gradients" will be cacat ...

Don't know how to explain ... but like, it's as if suddenly (in dashboard), the 360 switch to 16 colors or 256 colors only ... so instead of maybe light green --> dark green got 1,000 different shades (so it looks smooth), it will light green --> dark green only got 4 shades.

I think my 360 still under warranty though ... should be abt 9 months only ... sigh.

using separate 12V fan to cool down GPU
better try it rather to see ur CPU bent like mine

mine used to do that 1 or 2 days before 3ROD.. then djinn fix it

nice effect hmm... maybe is 1rod signal? well let ur console cool it down for 2hr see it happen again or not.

I would say its the E74 symptom.
I remember exactly at the moment where this happens and a few days later, E74 appear.

Well ... still got 3 months on my warranty ... wait for it to really 3rod then only claim XD

WOW... 3ROD here and there...goose bump all of sudden.

it's like it become different colour rite? happen to me also. the problem lies on the video cable connector on the console, sometimes tapping few times the connector behind there it become normal again but sometimes need to taps longer and harder.

Well ... today I kena 3ROD.

Now dun dun dun ... I moved house 2 weeks ago and I don't know where the hell my receipt is. I know for a fact the 360 is only 9 months old cos I bought it as a Christmas present for myself ... but got no proof ... how ah?

Well you can go all the way to Singapore to RMA it.
If it's not modded that is.

happens to me..the whole picture went like those 256 color...sked the shit out of me.. I turn off and turn on back ..Boom ,, No picture..only sound..

Sent it to ICU.. no news until now..
