My unit is let out to others....

The kitchen woodtop laminated is subject to abuse...
How to protect & maintain it?

If intend to let out long term as investment, once 'destroyed', change to concrete top.

Wear and tear bound to happen, whether intentionally or otherwise.

Tenants may not do it on purpose but on the hand, they wont go to the extend of 'preserving' it.

u can charge ur tenant for repair and/or replacement fee.

U can get large format tile, or other solid surface..
But expect tenant will condemn it

buy property, furnish. rent out.
We need more this kind of landlord.

Buy new house, furnished it. let other ppl sleep it.

And the landlord took a million debt on his shoulder.
( 30 years + interest )

You really bet the next 30 years, everything will go very smooth like what you dream now?? and after 30 years, you finish pay the loan and owned a 30 yo unit? ......
