Anyone here have any experience in curing chronic prostatitis? Mine is nearing 2 months.

My initial symptoms were burning sensation during urination that resolved within 2-3 days, then I had urinary frequency, followed by weak thin urine flow, and dribbles when it all started at early December 2021.
Ever since the burning urination, I have been having this short and dull lower abdominal pressure-like pain above and around the bladder and groin area that comes and goes even now, then I have irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, watery flatulence, wet fart that comes and goes.
In mid December 2021, I've been to my urologist for urinalysis and ultrasound on the abdomen, bladder, kidney, and prostate, and was diagnosed with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. I was prescribed the antacid syrup for my bowel symptoms and Silodosin for the urinary symptoms.
At the end of December 2021, urinary frequency seems to be gone now, and my urine flow has got better, but fluctuates, sometimes it's weak and can be hard for me to maintain the urine flow that I'll need to push a bit, other times it's strong especially when I'm fully hydrated and/or with urge, but then I was starting to have intermittent dull pelvic pain, flank pain, back pain, groin pain, genital pain and this urinary hesitancy, slow to start urination, even when I had urge, it takes me around 10 secs to start the urine flow, or even 20 secs, then I had this short tingling, stinging sensation at the tip of my penis sometimes during or after I pee, this doesn't seem to happen anymore lately. Recently, I've had an intense bladder spasm that caused me urinary frequency and urgency.
Also, I my sexual function have been impaired, having premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and low libido.
I believe my condition has to do with my daily masturbation, so I've tried abstinence since, my symptoms seems to have improved after a while, not sure if it has to do with Silodosin the urologist prescribed or the abstinence that helped.
But still, now nearing 2 months, in mid January 2022, most of the symptoms are still coming and going...

Can anyone recommend me the best urologist in Penang in dealing with prostatitis? Or any good TCM practitioners in Penang that can help with prostatitis?
