Movies dramas in IboiteX TV box stopped loading, Since December unable to watch movies

I bought iboiteX in 2019. Was using it to watch movies and drama. Then stopped using since I bought appletv. But this month started to use again. But when I tried to open a movie from vod app it doesn't load .always getting loading failure. Is there something faced by other TV boxes too?

What you can try is delete the data and restart the app, see if i can reload new configuration and new data Good luck bros |
