I have bought rumah selangorku and signed SNP in 2019.
Yesterday only I discovered that the lawyer firm did not send stamped copy of SNP to me last time. I have double checked all the letters (with list down of the documents) and pile of documents, the firm only sent me Power of Attorney, Deed of Assignment and Facility Agreement. Any property owner encounter similar issue before? I have called and emailed to the firm but they need some time to check. Will the lawyer firm send us the original stamped copy? Supposedly if the stamped copy didn’t send to us, it should be somehow store in their office right? 😭
I know i should discover this earlier, I am first house buyer so didn’t think/discover this issue that time 😭😭😭

Yes i am sure about that, because they only sent me 1 parcel. Inside the parcel, there is a letter listed down all the enclosed documents, there is no snp in there.

Checked back the conversations with lawyer also, there is no other parcel send to me

Surprisingly, they can missed that out. Normally that is always the 1st item on the sent list.
