The issue with this township. I believe At least 6-7k thousands units hitting the market within short period of time. And there are very minimal differentiation between them.
If you are investor, be prepared for choppy ride short to medium term.
Own stayers, buy if the township meets your needs. But you may wait very long to ride out choppy ride if you want to see meaningful gain.

Once all the residential units are launched it will be over 10k units. Not including commercial activities.
Density and land size, this is substantially bigger than midvalley including kl eco city.
Midvalley and kl ecocity =75 acres, opening over 20 years.
Damansara central park and empire city = 90 acres, opening over 10 years
If the mall truly becomes successful, the residential portion will have one of the megamalls at walking distance.
But even then, i cant imagine that rental demand can match the market, even kl eco city isnt full today, and it was launched 10 years ago.
Kl eco city is literally less than half the size of dcp.
