I am a diploma holder, already working for 19 years and I want to have a MBA to further my career in my company

I have heard about OUM and WOU, but their MBA seems like doesn't carry much weight

Other than these 2 universities above, anyone knows is there any other university that offers MBA courses for working adult?(weekend or online class) My budget is RM50k and below for the whole course, preferably can finish within 3 years (max)

First thing to find out is why an MBA is needed?

if your firm and basically your manager wanted to promote you to a prominent position, hence the need to pad your "resume", then ask ur manager which MBA school to attend.
Otherwise, no point, and your decision is basically you want to spend your time to get a degree.

my firm encourages those without a degree to get MBA just so that as department heads, they don't look so bad. But I noticed that only those without a bachelor degree are encouraged to get an MBA.

Exactly like what you said, my firm encourage managers like me without a degree to get MBA. Probably because most of the managers have degree/MBA and I dont.

I don't really know about MBAs from uni in country, but I know University of Nottingham (the semenyih one) is quite popular amongst those in my firm. Quiet a few went there.
Maybe can check that out?
