Hi,  need to know if those clinic that have many branches  ( like Klinik Alam Medic , Leela ratos, Mediviron …etc ) have centralised database for person medical record ?

I’m thinking of going  to one that is now available closer to my home. .
Been going to one particular clinic branch for my medicine supply , blood test, medical checkup and few times when I fall sick.
Can we request to transfer or get the record to bring to new clinic branch ?
