Not allowed by MBPJ. I guess it's council dependent. http://www.mbpj.gov.my/en/node/183 QUOTE 10. Also depends on the building management. If they allow, then ok.
Some higher end condos in Selangor allowed dogs as long no smell and clean. |

QUOTE(bananajoe @ Jan 10 2022, 12:13 PM) the whole apartment dog argument actually comes under dog license.provided that Bandaraya can issue license to you, there is nothing wrong with keeping a dog in any apartment regardless of apartment rules. Dog license ties to your housing premises. For proper licensing, under MBSA, - House must not be strata - End lot and intermediate = 1 dog - Corner Lot, semi D, Bungalow = 2 dogs - Business = 2 dogs - Must have kennel - Only pure bred dont have to potong lanciao, mix and mutt have to be neutered - jalan jalan must have muffler for dog - must get signature from your immediate neighbours left and right for approval to get license. (Pandangan jiran) Lots of shit tied to it..... but honestly, most poeple dont give a shit judging by how their dogs and how many they keep. If you wanna follow the rules 100%, have to check your respective Bandaraya rules. If you applied for license to keep in Subang, then move to PJ afterwards, need to apply new license also. Although fee is RM2, the whole bureaucracy is what makes me too lazy to apply for my 2*30kg "Corgis" |

if small dog no problem management will not find fault. If your dog is small and noisy management will not allow. U have to train the dog.

Depends on the condo management. My condo allows for dogs, but got strict rules la. If any resident complain the pet owner get warning letter from management. Happened before, where the owner allowed the dog to pee at common garden area

not allowed. but we did keep for several years. highly dependent on your neighbours or anyone staying there or JMB make complains.
what we do is, we everytime we need to bring her out, have to keep her on the car floor when go pass guardhouse, and we don't take the lift if there is oren kito, out of respect. she's quiet at home most of the time as well. |
