Saw an interesting article from Petapixel recently.

https://photographylife.com/features-more-cameras-need

What would be your most asked for feature? Hopefully included into ALL future camera bodies not just for a select few models/brands.

Here's mine based on my personal use cases:

1. Sensor dust protector curtain. Quite a nice idea for both mirrorless and mirrored bodies imo.

2. Illuminated buttons for night time photography. I think only some of the higher end bodies do this but it makes sense for all users even for casual photogs.

3. Voice-activation for shutter firing + manual controls. It would be pretty convenient and probably skip on the wireless remote trigger?

4. Photographer's-Eye-Sensing Autofocus. Maybe not very crucial but if implemented well, it might be better than the current AF tracking systems? Also it seems to be Canon-only for now...

5. Detachable/Wireless Touch OLED display. When attached to the camera it works as a fully articulating screen. Well, one can dream...

6. Open Source/Standard Wireless Flash Commander System that is built into the camera body itself. Imagine during a group photoshoot where the photogs can combine/share their flash heads of different brands to create some amazing outputs.

Connect to wifi and auto backup to cloud service of your choice would be nice.

I believe some brands can do it already but only to their own cloud service or to the computer. Very mafan if you ask me haha I tried to do the setup recently...

So yeah, good idea actually from you esp everyone subscribe to different services.

Mirrorless cameras which computational photography. Imagine a full frame sensor and iphone/samsung computation photography.

Save time having to transfer photo to PC, import to lightroom and do post-processing. Ofc I know there are those that enjoy doing this part. And things like airbrushing ofc not possible.
