yes. done it before... install w11 first for less headache, before installing Ubuntu.

dual boot is easy. there is option of runnning ubuntu in win 11 using WSL 2 recommend that u look it up. quite easy to setup also

Do it support ssd?

Yes it support varierty of hardware.

Treat both HDD or SSD same as a storage medium, just difference in speed and performance, that's all.

depends on your use case, but you can install ubuntu as VM too

with dual boot, Windows 11 and Linux Ubuntu, they will be perfect. in the mean time, I prefer linux Chrome os.

Nothing is perfect in this world, just mix and match whatever that pleased you more comparing to others available option. Always be flexible and open-minded to all suggestions.

Just a reminder: There shouldn't be any data loss while using this method, but it’s always recommended to back up any important Data from windows 11 just to be on a safer side, in case something goes wrong, you can retrieve the data.
