Hirai: The biggest misconception is that people think the Xbox 360 is as powerful as PS3

In a recent interview, Playstation supremo Kaz Hirai was asked what were the biggest misconceptions out there in 'blogger land' regarding the PS3 in general and Vs the Xbox. Hirai remarked that many are saying that the PS3 is just as powerful as the Xbox 360, however this is simply not true and no other system pushes the 'envelope of advanced technology' like the PS3 does.

Bought PS3 last week. thinking of putting linux on my ps3. i read we need to format ps3. then, what will happen to my savegame? 

how about my game demo? can i backup that too?
