There's some little lag.
But not that significant until it will disrupt your online gameplay.

It seems smooth for me on my 512kbps broadband.

Good example would be the starting point. The rain droplets, the reflection of the light from the sniper, just makes me feel immersed.

Scary at a few sections, especially the button-pressing scene, where the denizen of the palace tries to chase you down the narrow hole. There seems to be three death scenes for that, for what I've experienced.

One would be when you just fall down without having a proper grip on the wall and fall. Second one would be the monster jumped and you lose grip and fall. The third one is when fighting the monster where he decapitates your head.

Or there may be more, I've yet to find out !

2.5 inch SATA hard drives (aka notebook hard drives).

Make sure you get a good screw driver to fit snugly to the screws because they're tight. EXTREMELY tight. I stripped 2 screws during the unscrewing process (Meaning the philips shape on the surface of the screw (+) has now become a circle instead due to the screw driver) .. Dang it.

Well, all you need is to follow the instructions provided at SCE firmware download page.
Create a specific folder in the USB root, and you're good to go.

But this doesn't apply to demos downloaded using the PC, though.
You've to go through a more complicated way for that
