hey has anyone used the gameswitch to play games on a DVI monitor??

hi guys, after fw2.0 update, i cant play games in 1080p on my monitor (samsung 226bw), it keeps switching to the optimal resolution (which) is 720p). if i have 720p turned off and 1080p on, (480p is on by default) , the game switches to 480p!!!! #$@#$

yeah it scales ( i dont know what you call it heheh) down the resolution, but its definitely 1080p.. i can spot the difference,, can turn the video settings of warhawk all the way to the full maximum... but the cost of setting the monitor to 1080p is that the monitor shows a message saying that its not in recommended optimal mode, but dissapears after a minute or when you press the menu button. A sacrifice worth taking the effort..hehhe
