i do for u rm80 for downstairs. If have to panjat extra rm30. Highrise i charge rm300.

now my kampung charge RM 250

and i just notice all the foods at my area here increase kaw2....up RM2.50

My advice to install Aircon

Place it lower
1. Cos nowadays new Aircon pandan one, flap cannot shoot down.
2. Easier to maintain.
