regarding the 200 minutes it is true LOL I just ask their CS before seeing this.
RedONE is already support for VOLTE, but depend on the smartphone customer use. if the smartphone support for VOLTE then you can use as usual. but in order to activated you will need to make call for 200minutes and the following month will activate for VOLTE.
