New into this space.
So I am planning to extend my perimeter/fencing wall up from existing 1.5m high, to 2.6m high with cement bricks, all the way to the roof level to make a new indoor space. I am aware that I have to extend the stiffener located in the pillar post as well. My plan is for the new roof truss, 10ft span from the main structure, 15 ft wide, to be rest on the top of the perimeter/fencing wall if possible, without construction a new footing underneath of foundation of the perimeter wall, meaning to add loading onto the existing perimeter wall foundation.
I am aware of the authority restrictions, however my unit is located at the end lot and this is allowed as long there isnt any windows.
Please advice! Thank you.

Your property is worth few hundreds thousand and I suggest you engage a qualified person to advise you. What I can say is the roofing, wall and floor tiles are heavy load materials and a proper footing is required. This post has been edited by mini orchard: Jan 4 2022, 07:55 AM

Extra loads is risky... U better don't skip on that foundation part...
Ask professional advice...
