Currently considering to purchase a brand new top floor condo for own stay.
At 46th floor, with full seaview which my wife loves. Only concerns are on the potential top floor problems - roof leaking & potentially high temp due to the full sun exposure on the top floor.

Here are some of the questions we have in mind,

The developer is a well established company and so we’re hoping that the leaking problem could be minimised?

Secondly, directly above the unit is also where the water tank is. Not if it helps to block away some heat? Or it will become a heat tank slowly releasing heat thru out the night?

Thirdly, the unit is close to the sea, so it’s naturally windy. Not sure if it helps in blowing away at the heat.

Would appreciate it if anyone with the experience on top floor living could provide some insights. Thank you so much in advanced!!😊

new high rise buildings now have genset la for the elevators. not a problem if no electricity.

elevator rosak have to be really unlucky that all the elevator rosak at the same time.
