I have a top floor unit (38th floor penthouse unit) initially worried about water leaks etc with tank above us.

No issues so far 3+ years, find that temperature is moderated by the large body of water on roof and no water pressure issues.

Nice n quiet no noisy neighbours upstairs dropping stuff or kids running around. So far no regret and had potential buyers willing to pay +20% to take it off our hands but we not willing to sell.

Modern building tech and safety practices, esp from a reputable developer should not be an issue, go for it
