Yesterday BSN was called me back, since I'm still facing online banking issue. The person told me that my account was a joint name account. He say cannot view account through online banking because it is not an individual account. So I end up refuse to apply an individual account because this account was bound with a shoplot rental contract. I cannot change it to an individual account because the contract inside was specified that must be pay to the BSN bank account under the joint name of me and my sister. Besides that, the shoplot owner name is under me and my sister's name. So I cannot just simply go down to BSN to reapply a new individual bank account to make my account visible inside the portal.
So ended up with problem remaining unresolved. Since the lessee rent my shop and I need to check my account balance in order make sure that he got pay me the rental fee for every month. Now I cannot login to online banking to check my account balance anymore. The only way to do is to bring the debit card and go down to their BSN atm to check my account balance. |
