QUOTE(Sze wen @ Jan 7 2022, 11:18 PM) Don't forget, that a purchase of laptop can get tax rebate. Obviously you can't claim it, it's not in your name. But the family of the person that helps you can claim it. So there can be a win win situation there. Sze wen liked this post

QUOTE(Sze wen @ Jan 2 2022, 12:48 PM) Hi. I am interested to buy a laptop which is pre-installed with Ubuntu or is compatible with Ubuntu Operating System. I am looked around some brands like Dell Inspiron and so on. My budget is Rm 3k~4k. The laptop is mainly used for doing Deep Learning/ server stuff. I expect some medium Graphic card is integrated with it. Mind sifu sheds some light on this matter? Ubuntu diy install later, hunt for best hardware u want first, best is Xeon laptop.
